No, there is no minimum duration required to hire on GigHub remote. However, the period of engagement needs to be declared upfront as this will have a direct impact on both the cost of the resource as well as the terms of engagement model.

Yes. However, one must have a registered domain and official email id. Our compliance team may ask for specific information on a case-to-case basis before onboarding the client on the portal.

Once you have finalised the candidate, you need to deposit an advance equal to the first month salary to formalise the engagement. Once the candidate starts working for you, subsequent month payments need to be deposited 15 working days before the start of the next month. Failure to deposit the amount by the due date will trigger a notice of termination to the candidate.

Yes. An engagement can be terminated by giving 15 working days notice to the candidate. In case, no notice period is given or shorter notice period is given, then the candidate will be compensated for the same by debiting the advance deposit account of the client.

Candidates are required to give 15 days notice if they want to discontinue the engagement.During the notice period, GigHub will ensure that the client is able to select a suitable replacement so that the project work goes on uninterrupted.
